  • ALL ANIMALS TAKEN OR WOUNDED WILL BE CHARGED TO CLIENT’S ACCOUNT.
  • A DEPOSIT OF 50% OF THE DAILY RATE/PACKAGE IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM A BOOKING, AND BALANCE OF DAILY RATES PAYABLE BEFORE COMMENCEMENT OF SAFARI.
  • PAYMENT METHODS: CREDIT CARD, CASH, CHEQUE, AND WIRE TRANSFERS ARE ACCEPTED.
  • BALANCE OF SAFARI IS IMMEDIATELY PAYABLE ON COMPLETION OF SAFARI.
  • IN CASE OF CANCELLATION THE OUTFITTER MUST BE NOTIFIED 90 DAYS BEFORE CONTRACTED DATE OF ARRIVAL, IF NOT A CANCELLATION FEE OF 50% OF DEPOSIT WILL BE CHARGED.
  • CHARGES BECOME EFFECTIVE AND ENDS ON THE AGREED CONTRACTED DATES.
  • NO REFUNDS FOR LATE ARRIVALS OR EARLY DEPARTURES.
  • CLIENT SHOULD ADVISE OUTFITTER OF ANY KIND OF PREFERENCES.
  • INKULU ADVENTURES RETAINS THE RIGHT TO USE ALL PHOTOS IN BROCHURES, WEBSITE AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS.
  • PACKAGES ARE SOLD AS IS, NO EXCHANGES. EXTRA DAYS ON PACKAGES AT NORMAL DAILY RATE, EXTRA TROPHIES TO BE ADDED AS PER PRICE LIST.
  • INKULU ADVENTURES HOLDS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ILLNESS, ACCIDENT OR LOSS.
  • ALL CLIENTS WILL BE EXPECTED TO SIGN AN INDEMNITY BEFORE THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE HUNT.
